Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a coaching sales team during a high-volume period. This remote temporary role involves outbound calling, administrative work, and customer service.

You will manage multiple tasks, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate with coaches via Slack. The position requires 1–3 years in administrative or sales-support roles, comfort with a high call volume, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or similar role.
• Comfortable with high outbound call volume and appointment-setting work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple steps across systems.
• Ability to follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set sales appointments for the coaching sales team through high-volume outbound calling (≈85 calls/day).
• Work from database leads, including re-engagement and follow-up outreach, plus some inbound web leads.
• Contact individuals from events or other offerings to introduce coaching services.
• Enter, update, and maintain records in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Handle scheduling, reporting, and daily sales support administrative tasks.
• Assist with onboarding new coaches and provide coach support via Slack.
