Job Title: Sales Appointment Setter(100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,800 + commission per appointment set,paid via Western Union or Sendwave

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time

As a key player in our sales ecosystem, the SDR is responsible for initiating the first point of contact with high-value prospects and qualifying them for our client's top-tier sales closers. You're the gateway to their pipeline and the first impression of the brand. This isn't a call center job; it's a launchpad for sales professionals who want to grow fast, earn big, and contribute directly to revenue.
Responsibilities:
  • Make strategic outbound calls, emails, and messages to targeted leads in specific verticals.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal client profile (ICP).
  • Schedule high-quality appointments and transfer real-time opportunities to closers when appropriate.
  • Manage and update lead activity in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Marketing to optimize campaigns and conversion.
  • Hit or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting KPIs.
  • Maintain a sharp understanding of our value proposition, solutions, and market position.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, confidence, and energy on every interaction.
Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
  • 1-3 years of outbound sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Relentless drive – you don't fear rejection; you grow from it.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and calendars.
