Director of Sales Enablement | Builder of People, Process & Momentum

CapConnect Solutions is seeking a contract-based Appointment Setter to support our outbound sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on starting conversations, is confident with outreach, and understands how to identify interest and book quality meetings.

Success in this position looks like consistent weekly appointment volume, strong communication with both prospects and our team, and a professional, high-energy approach to outbound outreach.

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth—both for CapConnect and the fast-growing tech companies we support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients using provided tools and lead lists
  • Schedule qualified sales appointments on behalf of CapConnect or our clients
  • Follow provided scripts while adapting to live conversations
  • Log all outreach and appointment activity in CRM platforms as directed
  • Coordinate with internal sales leads and client contacts to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups
  • Maintain professional and respectful communication in all prospect interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence
  • Organized and consistent in tracking activity and follow-through
  • Ability to take feedback, improve quickly, and own your results
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and tools like Apollo.io is a bonus

Compensation Structure

  • $120 per successfully completed and attended appointment (CapConnect campaigns)
  • 15% commission on closed business that results from your appointments
  • $20/hour for client-specific appointment setting campaigns
  • Bonus incentives may be available based on performance and project benchmarks
