AMERICAN FUJI SEAL is seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop new business and manage customer relationships across an assigned territory. This remote role in Ohio requires strategic account management, business development, and proactive engagement to meet sales targets.

You will travel extensively to meet customers, present solutions, and coordinate with internal teams. The position emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and a track record in sales within packaging.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging industry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned territory to meet Company sales goals and budgets.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers, evaluating their needs, and presenting company capabilities.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through effective account management and customer service.
• Analyze customer needs and prepare appropriate solutions, recommendations, and presentations.
• Communicate customer requirements internally and ensure follow-through on all projects.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the Company to maintain a positive brand image.
• Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and competitors' products.
• Provide regular reports to management, including daily call logs, weekly activity reports, and territory analysis.
• Support Accounts Receivable in minimizing aged invoices within the Business Unit.
• Assist the Customer Service team in managing aged inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
