Job summary

Dependable Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive new business and nurture client relationships across the East Coast North America region.

The role involves qualifying leads, working with marketing to influence prospects, and closing new clients in a dynamic licensing solutions market. You will report to the Sales Manager, collaborate with the Client Service Team to ensure smooth onboarding, and travel to events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a sales or account management role preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Willingness to travel and participate in scheduled meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and assigned clients.
• Qualify leads from referrals and website.
• Prospect and close new business within territory (6+ new clients per year).
• Support the Client Service Team during implementation and manage client expectations.
• Service existing clients within territory (15+ companies).
• Attend trade shows and industry events, virtually or in-person when required.
• Promote the company through webinars and blog posts to build the brand.
• Maintain contact databases in CRM systems and respond to requests for proposals.
