Medix is seeking a SailPoint Product Manager for a fully remote, EST-hours engagement to lead a 24-36 month identity roadmap within a large healthcare system. This hybrid Product Leader and Hands-On SME will oversee provisioning across 15,600+ job codes, integrate with Epic and other clinical systems, and guide a small engineering team.

• 8-10+ years in Identity/Access Management
• 4+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ
• Experience integrating Sailpoint with Epic/PACS/clinical apps
• SailPoint Certifications (Identity Security Leader/IdentityNow Admin/Engineer)
• Security Certifications (CISSP, Security+, CySA+)

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a 24-36 month SailPoint roadmap to scale provisioning and lifecycle management across 15,600 job codes.
• Lead SailPoint integrations with Active Directory, Epic, clinical applications, HRIS, and enterprise apps via REST APIs and connectors.
• Oversee SailPoint feature development lifecycles from requirements to deployment and support.
• Perform SailPoint configuration, profile setups, workflow optimization, and PowerShell automation scripts.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with non-technical leaders to analyze workflows and validate access entitlements (RBAC).
• Provide team leadership, technical direction, reviews, and mentorship for a small SailPoint engineering team.
• Ensure identity governance aligns with HIPAA, security policies, and SoD controls.
