Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a SailPoint Engineer to design, code, test, and document enterprise IAM solutions in a remote US setting. You will implement SailPoint IdentityIQ, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide production support while adhering to SDLC standards.

The role requires 5+ years of IAM or cloud-based development, strong Java skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. A Bachelor’s in CS/IT is preferred; significant experience may substitute.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for this role.
• 5+ years designing enterprise IAM or cloud-based/web-based applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 9 years may substitute.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, strategy, design, implementation, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of SailPoint features, integration, and architecture.
• Experience with Java; ability to communicate SailPoint solutions at functional and technical levels.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles and enterprise solutions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications.
• Follow established software development standards and contribute to improvements.
• Develop complex features and create technical designs.
• Review and analyze complex programming specs to resolve issues.
• Coordinate end-to-end runs, provide production support, and propose enhancements.
• Work with users to gather and implement requirements; learn new technologies.
