Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• 15+ years experience in identity management.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve IAM incidents for SailPoint ISC and Microsoft MIM.
• Manage incident lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues.
• Create and maintain client knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Monitor IAM operations, escalate incidents as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients.
