Job summary

GuidePoint Security LLC seeks an Implementation Engineer to design, build, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud solutions. This hands-on role includes significant client interaction within a small, collaborative team.

You will integrate SailPoint with AD/Entra ID, Okta, HR systems, ServiceNow, SAP, and databases; write technical docs, and mentor junior engineers as IAM programs expand across environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud
• Deep knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts: RBAC, joiners/movers/leavers, SoD
• Experience with IIQ development (Java/BeanShell) or ISC configuration (REST, transforms)
• Experience with connectors and integration patterns (LDAP/AD, JDBC, REST)
• Strong SQL and scripting, familiar with JSON/XML/REST APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve outcomes

Responsibilities

• Implement SailPoint IIQ/ISC solutions including lifecycle management and access governance
• Build and maintain application onboarding: connectors and mapping
• Develop rules, forms, transforms and workflows for IIQ/ISC
• Plan and support IIQ-to-ISC migrations and cutovers
• Integrate SailPoint with AD/Entra ID/Okta/HR systems/ServiceNow/SAP
• Gather requirements and translate to technical designs
• Create design/configuration/runbooks and support UAT/deployments
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to accelerators and templates
• Follow SailPoint best practices for version control and promotion across environments
• Contribute to reusable knowledge and cross-team collaboration
