Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a SailPoint Developer to support the USPS ARIS IAM platform. This fully remote role focuses on SailPoint IdentityNow, IDM engineering, and security governance across cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will design and implement SailPoint deployments, build custom rules, and integrate RESTful services, RBAC/ABAC, and data reporting. Applicants must obtain USPS Public Trust and bring strong IAM experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain USPS Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and IAM governance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing SailPoint deployments and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess access requirements and develop appropriate access roles.
• Own remediation actions and assign ownership for ongoing remediation.
• Design, develop, and customize SailPoint workflows and business rules.
• Develop and maintain SQL reports for audit, compliance, and reporting needs.
• Implement connectors and integrate web services using various authentication methods (OAuth, Basic, Token).
• Participate in USPS Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and data issues and implement permanent fixes.
