Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a SailPoint Developer to support IAM (SAILPOINT / SAVIYNT) for the USPS ARIS Development experience. This fully remote role is based in the United States and requires strong SailPoint IDM expertise, RBAC/ABAC, and API integrations.

You will design identity solutions, implement workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure access governance across cloud and on‑prem environments. A USPS Public Trust eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Clear USPS Public Trust eligibility required.
• 5–8 years of IAM/SailPoint experience or equivalent.
• Experience with IdentityNow deployments and RBAC/ABAC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess access requirements and develop appropriate access roles.
• Remediate ownership and perform corrective actions for ongoing access.
• Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for audits and reporting.
• Create and optimize workflows and integrations with web services and connectors.
• Participate in USPS Agile Scrum ceremonies and cross‑functional teams.
