Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a SailPoint Developer to support IAM initiatives for USPS ARIS Development, with a fully remote U.S. location. The role requires expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow, IDM engineering, and hands-on integration of connectors and scripting to strengthen access governance.

You will collaborate across teams, design governance rules, and deliver data-driven reports for audits while supporting Agile Scrum ceremonies. Eligible for remote work nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• USPS Public Trust clearance required or ability to attain.
• Experience with IAM systems focusing on SailPoint/SAVIYNT platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC and ABAC governance models.
• Ability to design and implement SailPoint deployment activities and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess access requirements and tailor access roles.
• Remediate ownership assignments and strengthen security through ongoing actions.
• Design, develop, and customize SailPoint workflows and rules.
• Develop reports by querying relational databases for audits and compliance.
• Work with vendors and teams to review architecture and optimize performance.
