Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a SailPoint Developer with USPS ARIS experience to perform in-depth development and troubleshooting of SailPoint applications. This role is fully remote within the United States, with eligibility for a Public Trust clearance, as needed.

You will troubleshoot application, workflow, and data issues using logs, SQL queries, and configurations, and participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to prioritize delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and troubleshooting SailPoint applications.
• Experience with USPS ARIS context and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to undergo a background investigation for Public Trust clearance.
• Fully remote within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, workflow, and data-related issues by analyzing logs, database records, and configurations; implement permanent fixes to improve reliability and performance.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Design, develop, and customize business rules using rule frameworks and scripting.
• Develop and maintain custom and operational reports by querying relational databases (SQL) to support audit and compliance needs.
• Create Task Definitions and scheduled automated jobs for periodic data aggregation, identity refreshes, and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new enhancements into existing environments and ensure smooth deployments.
• Design, develop, and customize workflows to automate business processes, reducing manual effort.
