Job summary

Main Line Talent Group is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Functional Consultant specializing in Manufacturing and Distribution for a remote role. You will plan, design, develop, and launch Sage X3 solutions to optimize client operations, combining functional expertise with strong client-facing skills to deliver value.

Requirements include 5+ years of Sage X3 ERP implementation experience in manufacturing/distribution, BOMs knowledge, and EDI integration experience.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Sage X3 within Manufacturing and Distribution environments.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solution specifications.
• Hands-on knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOMs), production scheduling, shipping workflows, and related manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and functional requirements; prepare documentation to communicate findings.
• Analyze data, evaluate existing systems, and recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Document functional requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
• Identify integration points across client systems and make recommendations for connectivity and configuration.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Support clients through system testing and user acceptance phases.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and assist with estimates and pre-sales requests.
