Job summary

Main Line Talent Group is seeking an experienced Sage X3 Functional Consultant with a Finance specialization to design, implement, and support Sage X3 solutions for mid‑market clients. This remote role supports core financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and reporting, and emphasizes client collaboration and successful delivery.

You will analyze requirements, map them to system functionality, and guide projects through testing, upgrades, and go‑live while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Sage X3 within core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and financial reporting).
• 5+ years of Sage X3 ERP implementation experience, or implementation of comparable ERP platforms.
• Proven consulting background delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solution specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and launch Sage X3 solutions in support of financial and operational functions.
• Analyze client processes, document requirements, and validate findings with stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Assist sales with estimates, proposals, and pre-sales requests as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and facilitate workshops and design sessions.
