Job summary

Alliance Solutions Group, a Sage partner, seeks a Sage Intacct Consultant to guide clients from discovery through implementation and ongoing support. This fully remote role works directly with clients to set up and configure Sage Intacct, train end-users, and provide post-go-live support, building lasting relationships and delivering measurable client success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year ERP consulting or implementation experience.
• Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred.
• Strong accounting background and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sage Intacct implementations using Alliance methodology.
• Analyse business requirements and translate to configurations.
• Configure Sage Intacct modules per client needs and integrations.
• Develop test scripts and validate configurations pre go-live.
• Create reports and dashboards tailored to clients.
• Train end-users and support post go-live.
• Maintain long-term client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Provide proactive process improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams on tasks.
• Produce regular project status updates for stakeholders.
