Job summary

ElectriCom, a utility construction company, seeks a Safety Specialist to support and coordinate safety and health programs. You will partner with the Senior Safety & Risk Manager to develop and enforce policies in line with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include site safety audits, incident investigations, and safety training delivery. A strong background in workplacesafety and construction industry is essential, with travel across Texas and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required for safety training and documentation.
• 3+ years of construction safety experience with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety audits and hazard analyses.
• Coordinate safety training with Senior Safety & Risk Manager.
• Lead incident investigations and report findings.
• Communicate safety observations and corrective actions to leadership.
• Develop and sustain company-wide safety initiatives.
