Job summary

ElectriCom Inc. seeks a Safety Specialist to support and coordinate safety programs with the Senior Safety & Risk Manager, developing and enforcing policies in line with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include job-site safety audits, incident investigations, and delivering OSHA-required training; travel across Texas up to 60% and bilingual English/Spanish communication are essential to engage diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in construction safety with leadership experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required for training and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and related regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety metrics reporting.
• OSHA 510/500 and First Aid/CPR Instructor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job site safety observations and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and identify root causes.
• Deliver OSHA-required safety training programs.
• Coordinate with leadership on safety observations and corrective actions.
• Develop and sustain company-wide safety initiatives.
