Technical Safety Services LLC is seeking a Safety & Facilities Senior Specialist to own our safety programs and facilities functions across multiple locations. This senior individual contributor role requires travel and reports to the Sourcing and Logistics Director.

You will develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, lead investigations, and manage training. The role combines program development with data analysis to improve safety performance and cost controls across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in safety/environmental field.
• Seven+ years of progressive safety or EHS experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and multi-state regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing workers’ compensation claims and safety training programs.
• Strong incident-investigation, auditing, and program-development skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and communicate clearly.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; manage multi-location priorities.
• Practical problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel to facilities and field locations.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures meeting OSHA, EPA, and local requirements.
• Establish inspection policies and schedules for routine safety audits.
• Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions; maintain OSHA 300/300A records.
• Deliver new-hire safety orientation and ongoing training.
• Partner with HR on workers’ compensation claims and safety improvements.
• Track safety performance metrics and use findings to strengthen hazard controls.
• Serve as primary contact during regulatory inspections and coordinate documentation.
• Administer programs for hazardous materials, waste, PPE, and lockout/tagout.
• Oversee facilities operation, maintenance, and budgets.
• Coordinate renovations and space-planning projects.
• Maintain security, access control, and emergency plans.
