American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our remote team, delivering outstanding service to corporate clients. You’ll advise and arrange travel for individuals and groups, research options, and anticipate traveler needs to promote add-on services.

You’ll book domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations using Sabre, ensure policy compliance, and work with colleagues to continuously improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality service to corporate clients.
• Strong knowledge of travel logistics and supplier relationships.
• Advanced communication (written and verbal) and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to protect traveler data and act with integrity.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers (individuals and groups).
• Research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services.
• Arrange and book domestic and international travel across air, road, rail, and accommodations.
• Use Sabre and other Global Distribution Systems to process bookings.
• Ensure compliance with customer travel policies and provider regulations.
• Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special requests.
• Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and raise service levels.
