Job summary

Moxie is building a remote-first team supporting 700+ practices nationwide. We seek a Support Specialist to handle general, billing, and technical questions, improving triage and documentation. You’ll work across Tier 0–2 with Intercom, FIN AI, and other tooling to keep support quality high as volume grows.

You’ll join a collaborative team, learn the product deeply, and contribute to a scalable support process that empowers small business owners to grow their aesthetics practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS or software environment.
• Comfort learning a product deeply to answer general, billing, and basic technical questions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve the full range of questions independently.
• Fix one real pain point in your first quarter.
• Own a slice of the queue end to end.
• Reduce the load on specialist teams through better content and documentation.
• Help the team scale by month nine.
