Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct customer-facing experience with SaaS processes and technologies.
• 2+ years of project management experience in deploying enterprise projects.
• Experience working directly with customers to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project management lifecycle for customer projects.
• Oversee multiple project teams and resource assignments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
