Qualifications

• 2+ years in client onboarding, support, or customer service in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with AI-forward proficiency.
• Distributed, primarily remote workforce with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Onboard multiple clients simultaneously, setting clear expectations and maintaining timely follow-through.
• Provide training on ButterflyMX products, administrative tools, and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve onboarding processes.
