NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a SaaS Implementation Project Manager to lead complex healthcare software implementations remotely across the United States. The role offers a direct hire, full-time salaried position with a salary range of $110,000–$135,000 based on experience.

Expect travel up to two weeks per month and occasional Sunday deployment windows. You will guide enterprise clients, manage plans, budgets, and timelines, and train users on LIS workflows.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience leading complex, technical projects.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn proprietary software quickly and train clients effectively.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, collaborative approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise healthcare clients through end-to-end SaaS implementation projects.
• Develop project plans, manage deliverables, and track project status, deadlines, and budgets.
• Configure application features to support customer requirements and laboratory workflows.
• Train clients on software functionality and recommended processes.
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues during testing and implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through successful software deployments and transition clients to ongoing support.
• Manage multiple client projects while prioritizing activities and resolving complex, nonstandard requirements.
