Smartling, an AI-native translation platform, seeks a remote Business Development Representative in the United States to source and engage high-potential prospects. You will qualify buying interest and coordinate with Account Executives to drive new customer acquisition.

Collaborate with marketing and sales, execute outreach via email, calls, and social channels, and clearly articulate Smartling’s value. A bachelor’s degree and 1 year of customer-facing experience are preferred; remote-ready

Track record of top performance in a competitive environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Source and engage with high-potential prospects alongside marketing and sales.
Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, Zoom/call, and social channels.
Articulate Smartling’s value proposition and handle objections as a consultative partner.
Hand off qualified prospects to Account Executives.
Diligently record and manage prospect data in Salesforce.
Maintain deep product knowledge and industry trends.
