Job summary

DigitalGenius (DG) is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own post-sales engagement for US and Canada customers. This role is fully remote with East Coast business hours and responsibilities including scoping implementations, delivering KPIs, renewals, and case studies.

You will manage multiple projects, report on product performance, and collaborate with Solution Engineers to ensure timely delivery, enabling referenceable, high-satisfaction clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years client management experience in SaaS.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or technical degree a plus.
• Proficient in reporting with SFDC, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and/or Excel.
• Exceptional presentation and relationship skills for technical and commercial concepts.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Passion for solving problems and scaling a startup.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple post-sales projects across SMB to Enterprise segments.
• Scope projects with client requirements and ensure KPI achievement for satisfaction and renewals.
• Produce product performance reporting and business-value analyses for your portfolio.
• Stay current on industry trends and customer pain-points to strengthen competitive advantages.
• Develop mutually agreed implementation plans and timelines with clients.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.
• Communicate project status and results in a high-touch model.
• Field customer inquiries and escalate issues across the lifecycle.
• Generate case studies and drive growth of your client portfolio.
