Job summary

ConnectureDRX is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our growing team. You will help manage incoming requests from customers, coordinate with internal teams to address requests and issues, and handle other tasks during the annual implementation cycle for Medicare customers.

You will provide support for projects, reporting, scheduling, and communications, with remote work options for candidates nationwide in the US. Preference for CST/EST time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience working with all levels in an organization.
• Ability to work unsupervised with customers and vendors.
• Customer management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requests.
• Provide administrative and technical support including scheduling and reporting.
• Monitor timelines and report progress to managers and leadership.
• Communicate issues and propose solutions to managers.
