Dodge Construction Network seeks a Customer Engagement Manager to support our SMB client base, including subcontractors and builders. You will drive adoption of our product suite through proactive outreach, guidance, and best-practice recommendations, building lasting partnerships and improving retention.

In this full-time, remote role, you will manage client health signals, deliver product demonstrations and trainings, and help clients realize value while hitting retention KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SaaS sales, account management or customer support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn SaaS products quickly.
• Understanding of construction industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to coach customers on best practices.
• Empathetic mindset with a focus on supporting small business growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand needs, provide support, uncover risk and growth opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
• Execute customer engagement program through customer journey with health indicators and other tools.
• Provide training and support to clients on using products or services effectively, including product demos and training sessions.
• Achieve KPIs to improve account retention, including contact rate, churn, and renewal levels.
• Follow SOPs for all account interactions within CRM systems and other tools.
