Job summary

Inktavo LLC, in partnership with OMG, is seeking a Digital Client Success Manager to drive growth and retention for our client base in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You’ll own the client lifecycle from onboarding to expansion and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to translate features into client value.

The role emphasizes data-driven opportunities, strong relationship building, and training cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a client-facing role.
• 1+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales (SaaS a plus).
• Proven time management and multitasking skills across multiple clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence.
• Collaborative team player with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with a large volume of clients via Zoom and calls.
• Maintain knowledge of accounts, goals, tech stack, and initiatives.
• Identify data-driven growth opportunities within accounts (cross-sell, new-store opportunities).
• Train Sales Representatives on product features and best practices.
• Monitor accounts for health risks and apply risk playbooks.
• Update Salesforce data regularly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to fulfill client requests.
