U.S. Customs And Border Protection is seeking a Client Success Manager for a fully remote role. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through SaaS implementation and adoption to realize business value.

You will manage onboarding, create project plans and SOWs, coordinate deployments, monitor risks, and drive renewals while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires strong presentation skills and a background in customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in a customer facing role, such as customer success, account management, sales or consulting.
• Experience in Customer Success in a SaaS business preferred.
• SaaS software sales experience preferred.
• Skilled in time-management and prioritization to meet close deadlines.
• Ability to deliver high-quality presentations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients and guide them through implementation of the software.
• Project manage client onboarding to successful outcomes and accelerate value realization.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans with milestones.
• Monitor and facilitate completion of work requests and deployments to client sites.
• Manage project communications to stakeholders and project team members and identify/mitigate risks.
• Maintain positive client relationships and drive upsell opportunities, renewals and satisfaction.
