Job summary

Borealis is seeking an Account Manager to join a globally distributed team working 100% remotely from Canada. You will partner with Customer Success Leads, Project, Technical, and Sales teams to manage client portfolios and drive growth. The role offers flexible hours and a dynamic startup atmosphere with international clients.

You will be responsible for relationship-building, strategic planning, and delivering value through Borealis solutions across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or equivalent.
• 3–4 years in customer success account management or solution consulting.
• 2–3 years of SAAS/CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trust with clients after the initial sales.
• Deploy account management strategies to reinforce Borealis growth.
• Define growth plans on appointed client portfolio.
• Manage and master the financial aspects of the client portfolio.
• Identify new client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
• Deliver strong business presentations to executives.
• Proactively follow up with clients and align with internal expectations.
• Advise clients on system adoption and next objectives.
• Understand business requirements and map them to Borealis processes.
• Propose best solutions and practices for Borealis usage.
• Collaborate with Account Directors on strategic accounts to grow.
