Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of demand planning or forecasting experience, including 3+ years in CPG food or beverage.
• Hands-on experience leading a monthly S&OP or integrated business planning (IBP) demand review.
• Experience forecasting for major retail and club accounts (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Whole Foods, Amazon).
• Advanced Excel modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and scenario analysis with large datasets.
• Working knowledge of syndicated and POS data (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen/Circana) and retailer portals.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand forecast with weekly and monthly views across an 18-month horizon.
• Translate data into actionable plans by integrating shipment history, POS, and customer forecasts with promotions and seasonality.
• Forecast for new products, line extensions, and SKU transitions.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and contribute to S&OP/IBP with risk and opportunity scenarios.
• Partner with Finance to align unit forecasts with revenue budgets and updated projections.
• Collaborate with Sales and key accounts to align forecasts with promotional calendars and retailer programs.
• Provide forecasts to guide co-manufacturer production and inventory decisions; balance service levels and shelf life.
