Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is hiring a Senior Manager, Quality Process Lead for the Mission Systems PST team, focusing on SAP S/4HANA deployment and enterprise quality integration across R2R, O2C, S2P, and P2S. You will influence across functions to embed quality into system design, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing operations.

The role requires 10+ years in quality, strong SAP experience, and US citizenship, with travel up to 25%. Remote work is supported for this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality within aerospace/defense.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of operational processes and tools into SAP S/4HANA deployment across Mission Systems.
• Define and implement quality master data, material movement and inventory control in SAP QM.
• Coordinate readiness through testing, data validation and deployment activities.
• Travel up to 25% (domestic and international).
