Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Senior Manager, Inventory Process Lead, to drive SAP S/4HANA Inventory & Logistics deployments across Mission Systems. You’ll standardize processes and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with PST, DT, quality, and manufacturing teams.

You will lead data, testing, and readiness activities to ensure a smooth deployment and ongoing stabilization of inventory and logistics functions in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 7+ years in inventory/logistics.
• Experience in ERP transformations such as SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access certain information.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, standardization, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Inventory and Logistics processes.
• Coordinate inventory and logistics integration across planning, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, and fulfillment.
• Define and implement inventory master data, material movement, warehouse and inventory control processes.
• Align SAP S/4HANA IM, EWM, and logistics with manufacturing, planning and distribution operations.
• Lead site readiness through simulations, user testing, inventory validation, and operational readiness activities.
• Participate in ERP deployment activities including process validation and system testing.
