Avalere Health is seeking a Consultant with HEOR, RWE, or real-world data analytics experience to join our Evidence & Strategy practice. You will manage RWE/HEOR studies, develop study protocols, perform analyses, and translate results for diverse audiences.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready insights, contribute to publications, and help grow our health-economics capabilities. Flexible hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in epidemiology, health economics, public health, statistics, or similar.
• Minimum 4 years’ consulting, healthcare, or pharmaceutical/device industry work experience.
• Experience in HEOR and/or RWE, especially observational studies and secondary data sources.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proactive, curious approach with a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Apply statistical, epidemiological, and/or econometric methods to research and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with programmers, statisticians, and researchers to analyze large US healthcare datasets (claims, EHR) to uncover insights and inform strategy.
• Create client-ready presentations and reports that tell a clear, engaging story.
• Contribute to scientific publications, conference materials, and thought leadership.
• Lead and participate in client meetings, presenting deliverables and shaping next steps.
• Support day-to-day client engagement, managing expectations and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Support business development through proposals and scopes of work.
