YO AI Labs is seeking a Russian Bilingual Expert to contribute to a contract-based project aimed at improving Russian language understanding for AI systems. Remote work is supported with clear evaluation guidelines.

You will listen to Russian audio, judge nativeness and fluency, assess pronunciation and rhythm, and document reasoned feedback in English to guide model improvements.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential for successful completion of tasks.

Formación

• Native-level proficiency in Russian (spoken and written).
• English proficiency at B2+ level, especially for written and verbal comms.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• Comfortable working remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to Russian audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify subtle linguistic differences and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback.
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models.
• Complete tasks accurately within deadlines.
