YO AI Labs is seeking a Russian Bilingual Expert to evaluate Russian audio content and provide quality feedback for AI training. You will assess nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity, delivering clear English notes and justification for each decision.

No AI experience is required; strong Russian mastery and English communication are essential. This contract role offers remote work with flexible deadlines and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge language technology.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Russian.
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Russian and evaluate the nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify subtle linguistic differences, unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and other language-specific characteristics.
• Document evaluations using clear and concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Russian-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across all evaluations.
