Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Russian.
• B2+ proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Russian audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify subtle linguistic differences and awkward phrasing.
• Document evaluations with clear feedback in English.
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines and rubrics consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models.
• Complete assigned reviews accurately and on deadline.
• Maintain consistent quality across evaluations.
