Prolific is seeking fluent Russian speakers to help train AI models through live conversations on video calls. It’s a task-based role with flexible hours and no minimums; after joining the talent pool, you’ll take a language-skill assessment, and passing opens access to paid projects.

Researchers pay up to $18/hour. You must be fluent in Russian, with strong English for instructions, a natural conversational style, and a quiet workspace with a good headset.
