Prolific is seeking a fluent Russian speaker to train AI models through real conversations on a flexible, remote basis. You will participate in live video calls to generate natural dialogue and contribute data that helps AI understand language, culture, and nuance.

There is no fixed schedule or minimum hours; you choose tasks, review short assessments, and may earn up to $18 per hour depending on projects and availability.

Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in Russian.
• Excellent English for instructions and reporting.
• Natural conversational ability on video calls.
• Quiet environment with quality headphones and microphone.
• Background in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Video Conversations: conduct live Russian conversations with participants.
• Natural dialogue: discuss everyday topics without scripts.
• Data contribution: conversations recorded to help AI models learn speech patterns and nuance.
