Job summary

Prolific is seeking fluent Russian speakers to help train AI models by engaging in live conversations on a flexible, task-based basis.

Participants join video calls, discuss everyday topics, and have their conversations used to teach models how real speech sounds. You can choose when to work, with no minimum hours, and you’ll be paid up to $18 per hour after completing a short language assessment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Russian.
• Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
• Able to converse naturally in video calls.
• Quiet environment and good headset/mic required.
• Background in teaching, interpreting, or linguistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live video conversations in Russian.
• Discuss everyday topics with natural flow, no scripts.
• Contribute data by recording conversations to aid AI training.
