Job summary

UW Medicine's Rural Digital Health Outreach Coordinator position is remote with frequent travel within Washington and the WWAMI region. The role partners with ECHO and eConsult leadership to expand digital health education and access for rural communities.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in program outreach, sales or marketing within healthcare and excels in communication and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years of experience in program outreach, sales, and/or marketing (preferably in a healthcare setting).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within UW Medicine and external healthcare organizations.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience making independent decisions within scope.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project ECHO and eConsult leadership to develop outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with rural healthcare organizations and partners.
• Conduct proactive outreach to providers and organizations not currently utilizing ECHO or eConsult.
• Recruit new rural clinical sites to support program growth and funding requirements.
• Provide regular updates to prioritized partners regarding program developments, opportunities, and resources.
• Develop and maintain educational and promotional materials for ECHO and eConsult.
