Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Manager of Technical Service, Ruminant Animal Health, to lead the North American team delivering science-based solutions for dairy, beef, and forage sectors. You will guide technical strategy, mentor a team of specialists, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation to drive growth and customer value.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years direct leadership experience coaching technical professionals.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, health, technical services, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and other teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic opportunities and complex challenges.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences and customer events.
