Archesys, a technology firm delivering cloud solutions for clients across industries, seeks a Ruby on Rails Full-Stack Engineer to join our remote, full-time team. You will contribute to backend and full-stack features, focusing on payment workflows and data integrations, while maintaining high code quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Rails backend experience, strong OOP, and proficiency with RESTful services, databases, and testing.

Qualifications

• Significant Rails backend experience (5+ years) in production environments.
• Experience building maintainable data integrations and back-end functionality in Rails.
• Experience integrating with financial/accounting systems (NetSuite a plus).
• Experience with ACH payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code following OOP, DRY, and SOLID principles.
• Establish foundational patterns for backend payment workflows and data flow into the accounting platform.
• Contribute to full-stack features with a backend focus.
• Collaborate across teams in an Agile environment to refine requirements and deliver value.
