Job summary

212° Titans is seeking an experienced RPO Contract Recruiter to support client engagements remotely. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, source diverse candidates, and coordinate interviews while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

This contract role involves adapting to different clients and hiring profiles, with responsibility for requisitions, pipelines, and offers. You will represent both 212° and the client professionally throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions or high-volume recruiting activity.
• Strong candidate outreach and pipeline development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Managing full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
• Supporting multiple open requisitions and hiring priorities.
• Proactively sourcing active and passive candidates.
• Screening and interviewing candidates against client requirements.
• Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews and maintaining follow-up.
• Managing candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
• Supporting offer management and candidate closing.
• Maintaining ATS records and documentation.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand evolving needs.
