ESO is seeking a Project Manager, RPI to drive, track, and report on research and performance improvement efforts. You will work primarily with the RPI team, reporting through the EPMO, to turn data into improved outcomes for community health and safety.

You will report to the Portfolio Director, EPMO, and receive day-to-day work from the VP of Data Strategy and Research. This remote role is based in Canada and offers opportunities to grow in project management within a data-driven organization.

Responsabilidades

• Translate research initiatives into specific, actionable project plans.
• Manage full project life cycles, including scope, resources, risks, issues, and timelines.
• Drive multiple concurrent research and process-improvement projects across the RPI portfolio.
• Apply and continuously refine project management best practices and tools across the team.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Interact effectively with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives.
• Exemplify ESO values and lead by example.
