BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring an RPA Team Lead in a fully remote role. You’ll lead a newly established Robotic Process Automation team that partners with embedded AI Workflow Engineers to design and deliver agentic automation solutions for 3.4 million members.

The ideal candidate has RPA expertise (UiPath preferred), 2+ years of people management, and strong communication and business acumen to drive cross-functional partnerships and clarity in ambiguity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a computer science related field.
• 5 years experience with information technology concepts, application development and enterprise system maintenance.
• 5 years – Systems maintenance and/or programming experience.
• 3 years expert knowledge of at least one programming language or enterprise system used at BCBST.

Responsabilidades

• Manages day-to-day operations of the team, focusing on maintenance and development of systems and supervising modifications.
• Assigns, monitors, and reviews progress; conducts performance reviews and staff development.
• Directs, motivates and develops staff for optimal teamwork and growth.
• Ensures adherence to policies, budgets and staffing allocations.
• Manages team-level project details and serves as technical SME during transitions.
• May participate in weekly on-call rotation.
