Job summary

Gov Solutions Group is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team driving automation and digital transformation in government and defense environments. The role emphasizes translating business processes into automation, with a strong UiPath preference, and is remote.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions, documenting processes, and supporting lifecycle activities from discovery to maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT-related field.
• 1+ years hands-on automation or RPA development; UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere preferred.
• Experience developing automation solutions and related technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and best practices.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Develop and maintain attended and unattended automation solutions within customer environments.
• Configure and manage automation workflows, including integration with enterprise applications and systems.
• Support the full RPA lifecycle from process discovery to deployment and maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, process analyses, and recommendations for clients.
• Support development of RPA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend automation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to strengthen customer and team capabilities in process analysis and bot development.
