Job summary

Leidos is seeking a UiPath Automation Engineer in Alexandria, VA to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA solutions for Coast Guard operations. You will mentor junior developers and contribute to the RPA CoE governance and delivery standards.

Required: 2–4 years RPA with UiPath, UiPath Advanced Developer cert (or within 90 days), strong .NET/C# skills, and familiarity with APIs, databases, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, or related field; 2–4 years experience.
• 2+ years hands-on RPA development, with 2+ years in UiPath.
• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation workflows.
• Lead process discovery and translate requirements into scalable automation.
• Architect reusable components and libraries to enforce coding standards.
• Manage bot deployment lifecycle including CI/CD and Orchestrator.
