Job summary

InnovitUSA is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. You will work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate to build scalable bots and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
• Strong experience with UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Automate Desktop.
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, process analysis, workflow design, and exception handling.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and bot deployment/monitoring.
• Knowledge of REFramework and reusable automation components.
• Experience with API integration, REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Excel/VBA, Python, or VBScript.
• Experience integrating automation with SAP, web, desktop, and enterprise applications.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Create and maintain PDDs, SDDs, technical documentation, test cases, and operational runbooks.
• Follow RPA governance, security, coding standards, version control, and change-management practices.
• Collaborate with business users, process analysts, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.
